Carolyn Miller has quickly become one of my go-to Regency authors. I know when I pick up one of her novels, I will find myself immersed in a story with characters that keep pulling me back to the pages. In A Hero for Miss Hatherleigh, I found myself slipping into a world filled with fossils, friendship, and the whispers of love, yet haunted by a shadow of danger. With a keen eye for historical detail and descriptions that transported me to the shores of England, this book was a delight.
